iMango
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of iMango. By creating an account, accessing iMango, or using iMango, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: April 15, 2026
1. The Service
iMango provides a mobile-first QR menu workspace for restaurants. Restaurant owners can create digital menus, manage translations, generate QR destinations, manage tables, receive QR table orders, and use paid plan features.
iMango is not a restaurant, food seller, payment processor for guest restaurant bills, delivery provider, POS system, or food safety authority.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your restaurant content is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
3. Restaurant Content and Guest Orders
You are responsible for menu names, descriptions, prices, images, allergens, availability, taxes, restaurant operations, and service decisions.
Guest QR orders are submitted to the restaurant for handling by the restaurant. iMango does not guarantee food availability, preparation, delivery, service quality, guest payment collection, or the accuracy of restaurant-provided content.
Ready-to-pay signals notify staff that a table may be ready to pay. They do not process payment.
4. Plans and Billing
iMango offers a free plan, paid subscription plans, and a one-time Lifetime Unlock.
Lifetime Unlock is a one-time payment that permanently unlocks additional limits for one restaurant workspace. Lifetime Unlock does not renew automatically.
Plus and Pro are recurring subscription plans. You can choose monthly or annual billing where available. Subscription prices, features, and limits are shown before checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a paid subscription or purchasing Lifetime Unlock, you authorize Stripe and its payment partners to collect and process your payment details and charge the applicable fees. iMango does not store full payment card details.
You can upgrade from the free plan to a paid plan at any time. If you already have an active paid subscription and change to another eligible subscription plan through the Stripe Customer Portal, Stripe will prorate charges and credits for the unused portion of the current billing period and invoice prorations immediately at the time of the update. The exact amount will be shown by Stripe before you confirm the change.
If you downgrade from a higher paid subscription to a lower paid subscription during an active billing period, Stripe will calculate prorated credits for unused time on the higher plan and prorated charges for the lower plan for the remaining time in the billing period. Any resulting credit is generally applied to future Stripe invoices unless iMango approves and processes a separate refund.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date. iMango does not currently provide a separate disable-auto-renewal switch. To avoid future subscription charges, you must cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription through the Billing section of your iMango account, through the Stripe Customer Portal when available, or by contacting support@imango.app. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund fees for the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided automatically for cancellations made during an active billing period. Refund requests for other reasons are reviewed case by case. If iMango approves a refund, we will initiate it within 10 business days after receiving the request, although the time for funds to appear may depend on Stripe, your bank, or your payment method.
6. Downgrades and Plan Limits
When a paid subscription ends, your workspace falls back to the effective plan available to it. If the workspace has Lifetime Unlock, Lifetime Unlock limits apply. Otherwise, Free plan limits apply.
iMango does not automatically delete existing restaurants, menus, items, tables, QR codes, or order records because of a downgrade or cancellation. Public menus remain accessible. If your workspace is at or over the new plan limits, creating new resources or increasing usage may be blocked until usage is reduced or the plan is upgraded. Reducing actions such as deleting, hiding, or deactivating resources remain available.
7. Price Changes
iMango may change subscription prices or separately priced features. We will give at least 30 days' prior notice by email before price changes apply to an active subscription. Revised prices apply from the next renewal period unless stated otherwise in the notice.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use iMango to violate laws, infringe rights, upload harmful or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass limits, abuse public ordering, or misrepresent restaurant information.
9. Intellectual Property
iMango and its software, branding, and design are owned by iMango or its licensors. You keep ownership of restaurant content you upload, but grant iMango the rights needed to host, display, process, translate, store, and publish that content as part of the service.
10. Third-Party Services
iMango depends on third-party services such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment, and translation providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies. iMango is not responsible for third-party service interruptions outside our control.
11. Service Changes and Availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of iMango. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Termination
You may stop using iMango at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service unlawfully.
13. Disclaimers and Liability
iMango is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for restaurant operations, guest disputes, menu inaccuracies, third-party services, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMango's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to iMango for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
